====== Triangles ======

Ascending triangles are bullish, symmetrical triangles can move in either direction, and descending triangles are bearish.

===== Symmetrical Triangles =====
 
   * price range narrows
   * lower highs 
   * higher lows
   * price can break out of the triangle in either direction

Brent has also formed a symmetrical triangle pattern, which is a neutral pattern.

   * consistent highs and higher lows 
   * bullish
   * price tending to break out upwards

===== Descending triangles ===== 

   * consistent lows and lower highs
   * bearish signal 
   * price will tend to break out lower
